No Financial Charge: Since no down payments or credit card details are collected during the pre-reservation via WhatsApp or our Contact Form, no financial refunds are applicable.
Cancellation Request: If you need to cancel or change your confirmed reservation, we kindly request you to notify us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without any prior notice, your cancellation will be processed automatically, and the table will be released for other guests.
