Booking & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Sarigerme Restaurant (Karaoke Restaurant Bar – Yener Türk). Please read our reservation policies carefully:
- Pre-Reservation Process: Our website does not accept online payments or direct bookings. All reservation requests made via WhatsApp or our Contact Form are considered “Pre-Reservations”.
- Confirmation: Your reservation is NOT automatically confirmed. It is only valid after our team contacts you via WhatsApp or Email and sends a “Reservation Confirmed” message.
- Arrival and Table Holding: Confirmed reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your table may be given to walk-in guests.
- Cancellations & Changes: Since we do not take down payments, we kindly ask you to inform us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change your reservation. This helps us manage our seating plan.
